Placing an Order
Once you have been through the process of choosing your Destination or Destinations and adding the same to your shopping cart, you will be guided to our secure credit card checkout page. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.

Late arrival of your entry pass
If your entry pass or booking confirmation fails to arrive within the expected time, please contact us using the contact information in our contact us page and we will establish whether the mail with the entry pass or/and booking confirmation has been dispatched or inform you as to why your delivery has been delayed.

Entry passes; hotel and all other bookings will be confirmed electronically after you completed the purchase process. The relevant entry pass will be sent to you electronically after the purchase process is completed. It is therefore imperative that your e-mail address is correctly inserted. Should a destination allow only confirmations but not the actual entry pass(es), you will receive the confirmation electronically. This electronic confirmation has to be converted on the day of your visit to an entry pass at the allocated area at the Destination itself. If the payment is not yet made, it has to be fulfilled there and then in order to obtain entry.

Returning Entry Passes
Our aim is to provide high quality experience along with excellent service, for your satisfaction. On the rare occasion that an entry pass or a booking confirmation arrives with wrong information, please refer to our returns policy and procedures, outlined below.

Returns Policy is offering entry passes to a wide variety of Destinations. These Destinations or/and Hotels each have different return policies. The respective Destinations return policy will be send to you either with your ticket or booking confirmation.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Soporella will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Method of Payment
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Company's obligations in relation to the entry pass(es), where the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded (without limitation) as causes beyond the Company's reasonable control:
- Acts of God, plagues, explosion, flood, tempest, fire, accident or any other natural disaster
- War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition
- Acts, restrictions, regulations, byelaws or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority
- Import or export regulations or embargoes
- Strikes, lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of the Company or of a third party)

The Company reserves the right to amend these Conditions in respect of any promotion, offer or the like made or issued by the Company from time to time in relation to the companies business.

All entry passes or booking confirmations are for personal use only. The resale or use of entry passes or booking confirmations for any form of business or commercial activity is strictly prohibited unless given prior written consent from the Destination itself. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence, hospitality or accommodation relating to the Destination, which have been arranged by You are at Your own risk. Neither nor the Destination shall be liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure in addition to refunding the face value of the entry passes or booking confirmations. The Destinations reserve the right to refuse You entry to and/or eject You from the entry passes or booking confirmations (and may take appropriate action to enforce this right) in reasonable circumstances including without limitation (a) for health and safety or licensing reasons, (b) if You behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Destination, (c) if You use or display threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace, (d) if, in the Destinations reasonable opinion, You appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs, (d) if You fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age, (e) if You refuse to comply with the Destinations security searches, (f) if You breach these Terms, or (g) if Your entry passes or booking confirmations is void. No refunds will be given to You if You are refused entry or ejected due to Your own behavior. The Destinations reserve the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which in the opinion of the Destination may cause danger or disruption to other persons at the Destination or is one of the items not permitted in the Destination as listed in their Conditions. You shall not bring all or any of the following into the Venue: (a) illegal substances, (b) animals (except if the Destination explicitly allows), (c) depending on the Destination Your own food and drink. Notwithstanding anything else in the Conditions, neither the Destination nor shall be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items. The Destination and are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

You must comply with any and all instructions given to You by their Destinations security, instructors, guides and other Destinations personnel.
